Save File

Is there a way to get a save file from one computer and transfer it to another?? I am going to have to play LFIII On a new Laptop, and I don't want to replay LFI and LFII. I've already played through 3 times on the old computer, and I have a perfect save Please help...Thanks so much

Sure. Go to the:
If XP: My Computer/C:/Documents And Settings/Username/Application Data/LaxiusForceII_Saves

I dunno the vista though.

And then how do I get it on to the new Laptop?? I am somewhat computer illiterate

Well you may burn it to a CD. Or e-mail it to yourself, then open your e-mails and download the files.

I had a perfect game was all ready for release then my hard drive went out. Unfortunately nothing was backed up so I dont have a save file anymore. I won't have time to play both 1 and 2 before 3 comes out. If someone can help me out I'd be very very happy. Thanks in advance.

Hi Camilla,

Here is a couple save files from Pato. They only take you to the end of Chapter 6, but all of the Characters are leveled up, so you will not have any troubles finishing up chapter 7 and 8! It's what I ended up having to do! Good Luck! I know it's frustrating to have to replay again, but at least you only have to replay half of the game, and you may find things you missed before!! Let me know if these work for you!!

Okay I'm on windows 7 with no clue how to use the save file please help someone.

The save files are complete up through Chapter 6! But you will have to start at the beginning of Chapter 7, and complete the game again! But it's better than restarting from Chapter 5! Plus Pato collected all items, weapons, loads of gold etc...

Have you downloaded the files yet? If so, I have no idea after you download where the files would go on windows 7, but you can try to right click on the start button, click on explore, and all your files will be there. You may have to do a little searching, but I suppose the save files would be located under app data. maybe Owner/username/appdata???
Anyone else have exact location.

Explored showed hidden folders etc cant find it.

Hi Camillia!! I just went ahead and started a new post titled Windows 7, and hopefully an Admin, or maybe someone that has Windows 7 will read it, and know where to find those save files!! Hope this helps!

Thank you I was going to and got distracted playing with kiddos. Funny how kids toys can entertain us just as much as them I forgot how much fun legos are!

Well hopefully someone will respond quickly!!! Give you a little time to finish the game before LFIII is released!!

And yes Lego's are great, as well as Lincoln Logs!!!
