Not sure what you are talking about, but Laxius Force 3 is not out yet.

If you're talking about Laxius Power, then I don't think V 1.3 was ever made, if that's the one that promised to finish certain areas, like that lake area comes to mind. If you're talking about Laxius Force the sequel, I.E. Laxius Force 2; you'll want to pick up the newest version, which is 1.6: http://www.aldorlea.org/officialsite/in ... s&Itemid=3
