Map of the Anagram

I haven't played LF 2 in a long time because I can't figure out the Anagram. Does anyone have a map of the anagram that shows the exact way to validate the path. I don't understand the walkthrough and the others who have tried to help me.

From the stairs go down. Look at the floor, the tiles form arrows. Follow the arrows all the way around.
