laxius force 11 v 1.7

can anyone help me please. i have v 1.6 downloaded from aldorlea but i keep getting script hanging and game crashes. after visiting the forum it seems v1.7 might help here. my problem is that aldorlea only has 1.6. can anyone tell me where i can get v1.7 without having to pay again. i,m in the gardens of banuulia and can,t get any further. thanks in advance.

The version that you download from Aldorlea is the latest and best version, but maybe Indy can give you links to download fixes for these hanging script problems.

if i recall correctly there is a patch available for slow computers. anyone remembers the link to the topic?

thank you for your help, everyone. when it comes to opening zip folders i,m absolutely useless. i get the bit where you have to cut and paste, where i come undone is when i have to paste, i don,t know how to open the laxius directory to paste it. if you can help with this i,ll be a high kicking granny. i,ve tried help pages but they don,t tell what i need to know.

Click on "My Computer" (you should have a symbol for it on your desktop) and from there select the C drive and then the Laxius Force II folder should be:

Windows XP:
C:\Programs\LaxiusForceII

Windows Vista/Windows 7:
C:\Programs (x86)\LaxiusForceII

Keep that window open and open the zip folder you downloaded. Copy the Data folder in there and paste it in the LF II folder!

i thought you might like to know that i finished the game anyway it was very hard as i could,nt use my items list at all, only usable during a battle. but my strategy paid off. i missed a few items i think but i finished at least. i,m now on LF3 just started, am i likely to have this problem again in this game.

you,re a great bunch out there.
