i am at the start and infected with zombication the heal crystal death nothing seems to cure it
it prevents me from using any skills
any ideas how to cure it

I know there's an item called Pure Tear that cures zombification. I don't remember where it is from though.
Also, maybe somebody has a spell that can cure it. But not sure about this either.
Having the character die doesn't work?

nope no spell
and the char has died 5+ times *on purpose for 3 of them lol*

Who is zombified? And how did that happen?
If you don't have an earlier save file I guess you can only keep on playing until you get those Pure Tears.

Well there are 2 ways:

1. is to get the cure stuff where you got the zombie tears from, which is the Witch Coven. But that was back in LFI and not accessible in this game which brings us to the 2nd option:

2. is to get cured in the Undead Guild. Now I'm not sure if you need to be level -2 for that, because if you do, then that is also accessible in this game, since you can get level -2 only in LFIII. But you should check that anyways.

i got that infection from fighting the ghost or the gargoyle looking creature

Not sure at which point of the game you are and which creature you're talking about (it's been a while since I last played the game), but if you don't have the item or a spell and can't get the purification at the Undead Guild you can't do anything about it for now.
On the plus side, a zombified character is much stronger than usual, so with a good weapon this can be quite positive too.
