In the galaxy of Aldorlea's stand-alones (or intended so lol), are those two games.
Which one did you like best, and why? :)

Dreamscape! :)

Although Asguaard's deep and enthralling story is too me what makes the game so good, DSC even though lighter spirited primes exactly due to its great humour!

As for gameplay: DSC is a one of a kind and doesn't follow the regular RPG mechanics like Asguaard does. Dreamscape's was very strategic and I liked that very much!

Now don't get me wrong I love/d Asguaard and its story line but Dreamscape outshined it. Dreamscape had a different type of rpg and it had so many challenges and thrills. The graphics and music blended well together. I know I will be playing Dreamscape until I have the PERFECT DREAM IN ALL LEVELS.

Why Asguaard is losing, that's not fair +::cry

Of course the Dreamscape has better graphics and artworks, but Asguaard beat Dreamscape on story and many other resources, like cool situations and all.

Im not saying that Dreamscape is bad, Dreamscape is really good, but Asguaard is better. +::Thumbup

I voted for neither of them, I think that DSC is too different to be compared to Asguaard.

Each of them simply offers something the other can't. Asguaard is more story driven and has addictive long dungeons where you can spend hours.
DSC on the other hand is more about solving riddles, thus the gameplay isn't so fluent, because you sooner or later ran into problem you have to think about and takes some time.

I'm not saying this is better or worse, it's just different and you cannot directly compare it, imo.

Had to vote for DSC. Besides 3S, this game has me going back for all the hidden goodies +::shhhh Had to try it out with the different stuff so playing it that many times for me says a lot about the game itself +::biggrin

Suffice it to say, Asguaard and Dreamscape are BOTH great games +::Thumbup

Spoiler: show
Not gonna say!

They are each wonderful in their own way! Probably will never do Dreamscape in all it's modes because that's not how I like to play! +::surrender Having said that, I loved the humor and dungeons very much. +::heart

Will play both of them over and over!! +::biggrin

I really did like Dreamscape better than Asguaard. Dreamscape was such an original RPG from start to finish. I am a sucker when it comes to games/books that revolve around dreams. I am very intrigued by them. +::Dance
Asguaard was honestly kind of boring for me.
