I think its safe to say that i am FURIOUS!!! So my game has a little glitch where the down key doesnt work in the game and she keeps moving up until she runs into something, so its kinda a big deal. Since i cant play properly, I go out to buy a new keyboard, but it doesnt help, so i know its the games problem considering that on other games my down key works. With that knowlage, i go on the website where i bought the game, but i soon find out that I cant ask an administrator for help or even a refund unless i make an account! now I am siitting here, FURIOUS, because i wasted 20 dollars on a game that wont work and no one will help me because there isnt a technical support page! Take a wild guess to who is never buying from here ever again.

I'm Eridani on the Aldorlea boards, you can always contact us on aldorlea@googlemail.com without having to register but since your review came through to my email I hope I can help you.

The down button should not be a fault on the Ella's Hope game as it has not occured on any other purchase that I am aware of. Did it occur right from the beginning of the game? If not where in the game are you? I know you say it works on other games but have you any other Aldorlea games? If so does it work on those?

While waiting for your reply I shall ask my colleague if he has any ideas as to what may help - if I find anything before I hear back from you I'll send you another email.

I realise now that our company email isn't prominent enough on the site so following your comments I'll ensure that is better signposted for the future.

Additonally I should have asked which operating system you are on? And have you tried mouse play at all?

Is it your first game here?
Because all the games have the same internal structure, meaning they should all behave the same.
Zeriab may be able to help if he reads this, but it would help to know if another game (of us) triggers the same thing.
