the thing is, "everything" is copyrighted.
it's okay to use for avatars, but not to make profit out of it.

So scanning and painting goes against copywrite I believe. I can do something in paintshop similar, but will they say it is an idea stolen from them?

You may use if you like. If not, you won't hurt my feelings. He is a cross between your sprite in Laxius Party and your avatar. You can modify any way you like and if someone can improve upon it, have at it.

Tried my hand at it today...bought the colored pencils, too and haven't done this in a coon's age +:oops:

Indy..........will the one Alika drew freehand (great job Alika) work.........or is it too close to the copywrited one? What attracts me to this one is the jammies,shoes, and color............
