I started a new game before entering swamp of the witches because I wanted Hard Mode.But I got 3 side quests, Quest no 8,4 and 2. I re-started the game,got through the cave with Meryll and Kusinov then when Questbook and party change become available I looked at my questbook.Quest No 8 4 and 2 were there,in my questbook. But It is impossible for me to get them!

Awesome, I can now collect those green snakes, good thing i took note of where they all are.

Well finally I finished game. Game was so awesome

Can this be played as a stand alone game or do you need to do 1 & 2 first? Thanks....

all of these games are able to be played stand alone. I am going to try it without an import the next time around I know I'm being spoiled now, but I'd like to see how well I can do without all the extra goodies to begin with.

Playing the game without some nice starting weapons and without virtuoso belt =

it does provide some nifty challenge (and sweat and blood lol), sth i personally like

and to answer the question, yes, all the games are stand-alone! ^^
