About the weapons: Maddening Axe for Abu, it exceeds anything found in MM2 lol

I usually don't like to read this forum before completing the game, but saw this topic...
Is it not possible to complete all the quests and/or visit all the secrets in the original version that I downloaded late Wednesday 11/10? (That was frustrating in the early version of MM2.) If I will need the new version in order to complete everything, is it recommended that I start over or can I just continue from my current save?
Thanks! I'm enjoying MM3 so far...

In the previous versions of the game, you couldn't complete all library quests. The version posted in this thread allows you to do them at least in normal mode (don't know about modes below normal). I just played on from my last saved game after reinstalling and that worked fine!
