Marine is bored, but cannot finish it. Lady keeps saying at least you have goals. I do not have any quests listed and when I use her talk feature Marine says Let's go to Green Grass. I have no idea what to do.

You need to bore all characters, including ones that are out of the party.

No, only Marine needs to be bored. Originally, this quest could only be completed in hard mode, but Indy posted a new version yesterday where you can complete it in Normal mode.

Hmmm, so maybe that's why that I bored her and dind't completed the quest.

It has to be the only quest left in the game (except Treasure of Memories)...

After I made this post, I saw the post for the updated game, so I downloaded it and reinstalled my game and got thru the bitter truth. Thanks for all the help on this, and Indy, I just LOVE your games!

Silly question but besides me rambling my life story to the characters how the heck do I bore them????

You should have found items in the secret rooms. Philosophical pages. They raise your mind but cause boredom. There are also purple cats, I forget the name that you fight that periodically casts a spell that causes bordom.

Make sure to remove her equipment and make sure you have the latest version of the game. This quest was broken in the first version of the game.

I also have this problem is there a solution
I only have bitter truth and treasure of memories quest to do Marine is bored but I still have goals

Check your questbook, you must do all quests in the game before doing this, expect Treasure of Memories of course. It's the last one.

I too have (1) a bored Marlene, (2) no open quests, and (3) a version of the game downloaded a couple of weeks ago, and I still can't complete this in normal mode. ???
