cannot complete library tasks

i have 12 books and i'm bored, but the bitter truth keeps saying that i still have goals.
i did try downloading again - no change. any suggestions?

I'm playing all of the games again and I'm still stuck in the library task got 12 books and I'm bored. What kind of quests do I have to finish?

Every other quest except that. All Animal Kings, each library quest (except Treasure of Memories), and every other side-quest too.

I have killed all of the animal kings I can find but I can't see the King Dwarf. I went to the swamp to the #20 secret room. But no Dwarf!
