I have been replaying the millennium games in readiness for millennium 5 coming out I'm playing cry wolf
The quest in the library The lost orb seems to have a glitch I have been all round the room clicking everything but nothing will trigger the orbs appearing to place on the stars or am I reading things wrong please advise me what to do

You have to push the orbs in the floors of its respective colors. Are you in the right book of the LIBRARY?

I have only 3 quests left to do in the library the lost orb, treasure of memories, bitter truth I am in a room with 3 coloured stars and 3 orbs on a wall how do I release the orbs from the wall to get them onto the stars nothing is happening whatever I do

Click on the altar first, then the orbs are gonna appear.

what alter?? there is a highlighted square in the middle of 9 squares in front of the orbs on the wall but nothing happens clicking on that

Looking at my notes, if you are doing the Lost Orb book, then you should click on the coloured squares on the wall. That should release the orbs, you then push them onto the stars, get the message and go off to get the missing orb.

no coloured squares just coloured circles and when I click on them nothing happens

OK, can we do this step by step.
You select the sparkling book 'the Lost Orb'. When you enter the book, what exactly do you see?

walk up the passage as it opens into the room blue star forward 3 steps 9squares in a square middle 1 lit left red star right another star back wall 5 circles 3 middle ones same colours as the stars no amount of clicking will release the circles to put into the stars

Went to my copy of MM3 to open up and compare your description with what I can see, and only got that error message which won't let you do anything. Had to use Task Manager to close it down. Until I can sort this out, I'm afraid I can't help you. sorry about this.

Thanks for trying Littlebro I have left it saved at that point so hopefully when I find the solution I can pick it up again
I'm carrying on now to mm 4 I will keep coming back to the forums to check if there is a aolution because I would like to finish all the quests and no point doing the other 2 if I can't get that one

I'm having the same problem.................there are just 3 orbs on the back wall, but can't get close enough to them to touch them.....I also clicked around every where and nothing happens.
This means I won't be able to finish all of the side quest.............grrrrrrrrrr
I have taken a screenshot of the room, but unfortunately I can't seem to find a way to display it here.

I am also having the same problem. Clicking does not work on anything. I can't go into the game menu using escape like I would be able to do in the other books either. I believe there is something wrong.

I am also having this problem. Please let us know what the problem is at your earliest so we can finish the game.
