Did he appear in Asguaard and Ella's Hope? I can't remember.

Yes, he did - there's a quest involving Bokden in Ella's Hope and he shows up in a few places in Asguaard.

Wouldn't it be a twist if Bokden turned out to be the GC's son or one of his spies?
He may seem stupid - maybe it's just an act! Isn't it just a little strange how he is always "lost" where you just happen to be exploring and when you spot him he just runs off? You know what they say about the quiet and shy ones.
