I even got lucky and she killed the Shark by herself (you can paralyze him). But I don't understand the part about Brussian and the orc. I never could get to where they were. But I got a quest complete and lots and lots of XP.

No need to kill yourself.

Make Alexandra equip Thermo Suit 1.2 before clicking on the dream. Use Energy Herb to remove fatigue. Change armour if you wish, the bad conditions are gone. Get Guanidia by clicking on the left side.
Use Fish Holocaust / Explosive Mushroom / Burning Ground. I won both dreams of Alexandra (so far) just by using items.

Equip Vahla Azura rod on her - she then has a decent physical attack as well. Teach her some spells - you should have lots of spell books from LFI and LFII.

Didn't bother with thermo suits et al, Alexandra just asked Brussian to do pre-dream what he had earlier done in dream.

I am at the lost island part and there is a cave where Alexandra reads the book and goes into a dream. Has anyone finished this area because for me she dies too easily and she is by herself also. I only have her at level 45 and only the charm, fire ball and read a book spell. +::Dunno
