Little Confusing Situation :(

What I mean Indy - about the quest in 3 Guilds in Adretana
1.Mage Guild
2.Guild Of Art
3.Fighter's Guild
For example:
If you start from the beginning of the game( from scratch LF III ) is there any chance to finish all the quests given in 3 Guilds
Several quests have already been lost without i can't finish them
and what is the meaning to be given if you can not brŠ¾ught to the end
Another example
Also you do not know who to start quest when and which team exactly
If you choose one (team) he is too weak for the job, but with another if you decide it's too late and the quest is no longer valid
