Woods of Damaus

I'm very stuck inside them....There are many intersections and You have to be spreading through the woods,can anyone help me?

Well, i rushed through the forest and basically used that basic path:
Go north, follow paths. If i find a dead-end, i backtrack to other paths and go north.

That might not help much, but i went through the forest in less than 15 minutes that way.
