has anybody found the missing childern i ve found the notes that are in the sewers thats in the hqs

To rescue Isabelle's children, you must be in the Rillian War Camp and go to the "fortress" (take the first blue arrow)

Also, there are maps for you to follow (from the Walkthrough that you purchase from Aldorlea) ... I am reading from Littlebro's walkthrough
" ... In the room at the bottom a child is walking around. Speak to him; he's one of Isabelle's children. All 8 are there (behind the first one) - quest complete."

To reiterate ... you have the maps (from the Walkthrough that you purchased from Aldorlea) in front of you
and you are reading from littlebro's Walkthrough
