Can't reach the blue heart

I know this has been answered but...i still cant find the hole. I am at this area right now:


Where am i suppose to go from here? Can't seem to find the hole any way...only one where luci said that she wont jump down...

Go to the mid upper web and to the next screen...go all the way left and when you reach the extreme left you should see a way down (same screen).Keep going down until you see a black square hole and you should be able to jump now
