The Blue Hearts in Random's body

I can't find a way to get to the Blue Heart on the upper part. When you look at it Luci says "thats 10 meters above our heads we can' t jump" I've tried to find a place to jump from but I can't figure it out.

Just before this heat,you passed to that place in the same map,with a lot of webs right?There are a 3 split way in the upper part.Go to the middle web,and keep heading this way.Once you see stairs,don't go there,go to the left.Go all the way down to see a hole.Click in it and choose jump in...And Voila!You are just on the blue heart's side!

you need to find a way to be "over" the blue heart (ie on another screen/map)
