According to the walkthru it says when finished here at Ultai Palace then go to Dai-Jahl Pyramind.

Everytime I try to leave Djarma keeps saying he wants to see his people before he leaves.

I did finish the side quests.

I do not know who he wants to see or where to go next....Please help.

He just wants to talk to one of the two persons in his throne room.
