This is really odd, I found a llamia with some octopus on an island that claimed it is a renegade, but when I killed it I got no key or anything.

I talked to Random with Xander, then I killed the renegade llamia, then I talked to the prisoner llamia which tells me to go find a renegade.

But I already killed the renegade and got no key, what gives?

Edit: Ugh, I found a renegade MEDUSA. I must have not found the llamia yet.

Ok I found it. I was completely tricked by the renegade Medusa, it is not the right one (that battle was tough too, with triple red squids...).

Where did you find it? I found the medusa as well. I've searched every inch, I know. I can't get back to Random until I get the key. Help!!!!

You have to check in one of the islands that you go by climbing stairs.
In one of them you find a lamia lurking around with some squids.

I've found 4 or 5 islands, one with a medusa and 3 red squids, but no lamia on any of them. Are there more islands than that?

The lamia will be on one of the island, AFTER you've talked to the prisoner one in the lamia nest.

Random is soaking in the sea and I have talked with the lamia in the cell several times, and visited all the islands after each talk. I'm thinking "bug"!
