So Frustrating!

I have been wandering around for hours and hours now trying to find the way to the Institute with Titanic on my tail and out of items,has anyone a map or directions to the institute before I go bananas and give up altogether?

to the right
to the top
to the right
exit to the right (you need to jump over a log barring the path)

Indie I am so thick because I still cannot find the exit to the institute even with you directions,hopefully this screenshot will aid you in helping me.

I think on that screen there should be a ledge near the right exit leading up.

Indie this is where I began after Random was attacked in the hotel so it has to be the start?? I found an area with several orcs is this on the right direction to the institute?

As he said, I think from there you need to go right, then up, then you'll find a wide area that has a dead body, from which you need to go right. there'll be a top and a bottom path. take the bottom. it'll be blocked by a log, which you can jump. kill the snowmen. go right. Has there been anybody who has actually breezed through this bit?
