reward for completing quest

In the past, I read some topic for special reward after completing some quest...
for example: alexandra, after complete 10 quest, she got special reward +10 MN/?? (maybe it's ST, i forgot it)...
broff, every complete any quest, he get item for upgrade the stats, such as shining parachment, etc...
what about the other..? any one had the detail..?
