I've got the vision hat and am back at Ultai, with Brussian at 62, and he still can't see/click on a blue arrow in the market.
What gives?

Which chapter are you in? Unless someone has replayed recently, it can be difficult to pin down exactly where someone else is.

I don't remember what level my Brussian was, but 62 might be too low. I also didn't get that arrow right away when first visiting the Ultai, although I always do a lot of grinding in LF.
It certainly also depends on whether or not you got all posssible perception points so far.

I did it! For anybody who's still interested, the magic level number is 65 with the vision hat.

Crystal Eye and Lynx Eye also boost perception, just so you know.

Glad that you got there. Yeah, levels are so important in LF, but gear/items can help smooth the way.
