Dismantle Slave Organization!

Hi, I'm currently playing Laxius Force 3 and I am not so sure about this quest of dismantling the slave organization, the problem is: I didn't receive any message from Demetrio about this quest yet, I know I'm supposed to receive a message but I didn't received yet and I am about to enter Random's body. What gives?
