Yeah it was all in the timing. you had to go at a certain point in the game. That was when I discovered just how tricky our beloved Indy is.

The fairy is sick after you save the guardians in the Evil Tower, and after the party at the castle.

But you musn't do the Pit of Fire before, or Jezzie will die.

And when you enter Mizanbrandeau, you must get the Salt and the Box of Moanings, cause as soon you got out from the location you can't go back there.

Why is the laxiusgames.org site always down? It's down more than it's up.

The LP trilogy was an overall good game for many many reasons.

Pros:
- First of all it is a freeware RPG which is a great thing not only because it won't cost money, but mainly because you do not need to worry about age ratings and mature themes and dialogues...
- Secondly Laxius Power 3 was vastly non-linear giving you many possibilities (alchemy, forging, world map/airplane etc)
- The music was awesome especially in boss battles, the free music from RMXP is not so touching in storylines or adrenaline boosting in battles.
- Great plots and themes like the Hall of Madness, Destruction of Metrolia and the true demon etc.

Cons:
- The adult themes definitely make the game a whole lot more interesting but at the same time it makes it inappropriate for the younger players.
- The Max HP and damage is limited to 999.
- Graphics from RM2k3 engine are not as good as RMXP engine.

Who cares for graphics, as long that we have fun. Of course, some games has horrible graphics. But RPGMaker 2000 games are quite bearable.

I enjoyed the Laxius Power Trilogy a lot. The Laxius Power series were some of the very first RPG's I played and of course the graphics have come a long way for sure. The content,story, quests and loads of secrets and fun places to discover were some of the best in the business. I have played probably close to a hundred RPG games but they do not have the same depth and involvement that the Laxius Power series had. I easily played close to a hundred hours on each release which is hard to come for a majority of RPG's. I like RPG's that take a while to really discover everything that the game developers have in store for you.

When I play an RPG and I discover new areas to explore and get sidetracked from the main quest to me that is what I enjoy most. Sometimes sidequests for me are quests in their own right and sometimes I spend hours fullfilling these quests forgetting what I was suppose to do for the main quest. That is a successful RPG for sure.

For me as a game player I want to find everything and discover all secrets and goodies that one could find. To me that is what an RPG are all about.

i concur with RPGeez sentiments

I know that it has been a while that anyone has posted here, but... I have been looking all over for Laxius Power Trilogy to download. I am still new to the RPG world and would like to try all that there is to offer. I was also told that this is the best for people just getting into RPG's. What I have read here and on other forums, these 3 games are the best.

I hope that someone can direct me to a good link.
