Having the same problem in Mermaid Bay. No, it's not there after talking with S and leaving the Bay

Just redownloading and reinstalling should work.

The problem is that once I download, I remove the receipt from my inbox. I should know better by now, but it's a habit that keeps my inbox clean.

How can I re-access without re-purchasing?

The glitch in Mermaid Bay's temple took me a bit to figure out, but it's done. I will let you know when a new patched build is uploaded.

Same with Mermaids so I'll wait for that to be fixed also to re=download. The game is very enjoyable as far as I've played. Story line is also good. I just miss hidden rooms (hint, hint). The battles are tough but not overbearingly so. Kept forgetting to save before boss battles so had to keep going back since I'm trying to limit my saves.

The patched build is now available. For those who had trouble getting the scene on the temple to move on, interact with the pillar on the right side of the temple and aplly the fix, then speak with Suznu and everything will run smoothly.
