This is my walkthrough post.
Vani's Manor and Amaranlea Woods:
Watch the intro.After that you'll be titaness.Go up to the door.Enter it. You'll be inside.Talk to the blue wisp.Then,go up the stairs where there are lots of bats.
Go up a lot and talk to the girl.Follow the cutscenes.
You'll be Jyarceus now. This is one of the 3 main characters.You'll be in Amaranlea Woods.Go up to the next screen.
Go up a little. There will be a man there. He doesn't do anything so continue along the path and go to the next screen.
Note that in this game there are no random encounters. That means monsters are visible so you can avoid them if you want. I would fight them though.
TWO FOREST SALAMANDERS
An easy battle. Just attack with Jyarceus until both are dead.
Continue to the left along the path.
TWO WOLVES
Another easy battle.Just attack with Jya until both are dead.
The path splits to two. Go down if you want but there is nothing there.If you went down,go back and go up and to the next screen.
Now the path splits in two again. Go up first.Then continue to the path to the left,killing the monsters on the way.Once you reach a bridge go across it and open the chest for
a POTION.Go back to the previous split and go left this time.Continue along the path.And go to the next screen.
Go left a little then up till the next screen.
On this screen go right till next screen.On this screen go right till next screen either. You can go behind the waterfall.Watch the cutscenes.
The Tournament:
You're now D-Squall(DS) which is the 2nd main character.Once you're inside,Go around the big table then,talk to the man behind the counter.
Go up the stairs.Go left all the way.You can enter your room but you don't have to.Go upstairs. Enter the door.Talk to the man front of the ddor around the top.Go back to the previous room.
Try to go down the stairs.Watch the cutscene.
JYARCEUS
Easy pizzy. Use Cross Cut twice and he's dead.
You'll be downstairs. Go to your room. It's the first one from the left on top row.Take a nap.Watch the cutscene.Go out of the door.Or at least,try to. Watch the cutscene.You'll be in a fight.
ROLAND
Pretty much an easy battle. Use Cross Cut twice and he's dead.
After some cutscene you are Jya.Go out of the door.Watch the cutscenes.
CHROME
She is a tough girl.If you are Level 7 and have learned Cross Cut just Use it until she dies.I was lucky and I ended the fight with 5HP.It was like Jya used Cross Cut,Chrome attacked but missed,Jya used Cross Cut,Chrome cast Fire and hit,Chrome attacked and hit,Jya used Cross Cut.
Now,the expected battle between Jya and DS is here! Who do you think you are???
D-SQUALL
MUCH easier then Chrome. Use Cross Cut once and he's dead.
Follow the events. YAY! You're both Jya and DS now! And:
ROBOLOOF
Use Cross Cut and he's dead.
Follow these events too.After that you'll be downstairs. Talk to the man behind the counter.Then leave.
Go up a little.
TWO COBOLDS
Attack with both until they are dead.
When the path splits up,go left to the next screen.Go left a little
A COBOLD AND TWO COCKATRICES
Cockatrices are tougher then Cobolds in every way. But you don't have anything better than attacking.So Attack all the way!
When the path starts to curve up,follow it and go to the next screen.There isn't anything to do on this screen so go back to the first screen.(I'm evil,aren't I?)
This time go right to the next screen.You'll be at a fork. Go up.Open the chest for 2 POTION and 50 GOLD.Go back to the fork and go down.Follow the path until it starts to curve upward.
There'll be a fork. Go left.
THREE COCKATRICES
Do I really have to explain it???
Go between the trees.Open the chest for TWO REVIVE POTIONS.Go back to the fork and go up.Follow the path to the next screen.Go up the long stairs.Talk to the woman.Follow the cutscenes.
ROBOLOOF
He's back. And he's easy again.Use Cross Cut once and he's dead.
Continue following the cutscenes.Then press Enter.Go into the gate.Nothing will happen. Check the statue. A rose is required to open the portal.Then go below the statue. You'll jump a lot.
Then check the sparkling vase there.Enter to the gate.Go below the tree.You'll jump again to the next screen. You'll jump again.Go to the next screen to the right.
