can someone help me with the book quest how do you trigger it for the book to show up in spider cave

The book isn't in the cave but the solution for the quest is.
If you've talked to the squid boy and he has dropped the book into the water, the quest is triggered. Just keep searching in the spider cave (keep clicking everywhere) and you'll eventually know what to do.

Where do i get an Headache cure for Castien from ? oh and i cant find Castien again now im in the underground part after being out in Pachu's area and done all that and returned to caves.

Yes it must be done before Leah grows up. (Poor guy who still has a headache after all these years, LOL)
For next time: there's a mushroom in the caves where you search for the gold nuggets with Tilthan, a Soothing Mushroom.
I don't think it will affect the game. You're just missing a quest.

Normal, but that doesn't affect the quests.

because when you play ellas hope it does i thought this one did to i just cant get the book i clicked on the web nothing happens the only web that she clicks she mentions sticky web is the item in important to get

Try one more thing. Go into the house where the squid kid is and talk to him. He wants you to get the book back. Maybe that step is required. And afterwards go back to the spider cave and check the web.
