Storyline

it looks like TBOL tilesets but is that vx tilesets?

The games was made using RPG Maker VX. The tilesets were created for the VX too.

Stupid Question. After the screen shots shots it says hiddens items. Does that mean there are Hiddens Rooms/Caves we have to find?

Yes there are.
Special Skills you can acquire, side-quests to complete, optional bosses you can defeat, all of them will give you valuable prizes.

Well, there will be a guide coming soon covering everything, I guess the major hint it is to look everywhere and speak to everyone.

EDIT:
I updated a new version, just a few that things that I wanted to add to the game to make things a bit easier.
I have put save reminders in important places, add quest logs to the main missions as well and instructions on the skills. About those, it's actually pretty simple, characters gain them by levelling up, nothing new there, but then you have to equip them in order to use them in battle. In the Main Menu select Skill Equip and then choose the ones you want to use in battle, you can equip and unequip as many times as you'd like, pay attention to the limits, each skill has a type and some types are limites, as Unique and Rare... each character can only equip one unique skill and 3 rare skills.

Anyway, I hope that clears it.

Hard to say, it depends on what kind of player you are.
I think that if you don't pursue the side-quests and secrets you can finish it under with 5 to 7 hours, completing everything probably around 20 considering the the hidden boss which requires some extra grinding...
