Using Silk and Brodyn help a looong way with offense, and healing can be done with lots of potion-Z :D

Looking for Io? Check the local Pub first, speak with everyone inside, some people will give you the cold shoulder, and Cyper will say perhaps it's better to eavesdrop from outside. Go outside and do so, then a long scene will explain some story, then Cyper will tell you where Io is.

i tried to visit the pub and talk to those people and Cyper mention to eavesdrop them, but when i exit the pub nothing happens~ what should i do? i am stuck

Go out of the pub. On the right side of the outside wall of the pub there is a dark tile, step on it and a cutscene will start.
