How Do you get past the gaurds in the castle that wont let you go upstairs?

i saved my game in the first slot and then later today when I went back to it. I got this error
what does it mean and how do I fix it. please?

I'm sorry I gave up on this game but because I spent the money for it I decided to play it again. I redown loaded it and I'm still stuck I can't locate Scylla. I have been all over the map into ALL the caves went in to the cave where the sister was held and can't get into any of the cells. I went back to where she came out and nothing. So how or where do I get to SCYLLA please. I have Lynch in my party and went though all that place, still nothing.

Aldorlea can't refund a game from another developer.

i know aldorlea can,t refund, but i would like help getting plimus or del to respond. the games are sold on your sight and i hope you can make them help! kjanz

i have sent del emails, he told me to go through plimus, but when i told him plimus will not respond he has not aswered! i have sent him several emails and have not heard back from him at all! i can,t believe how easy it is to take my money but when you have a problem no one wants to be bothered! kjanz

Good grief download it again since its been fixed and try it again see if it goes better

His complaint wasn't just about the bugs but the very short length of the game. Poor value at 20 bucks, especially with all the frustration with the previous builds.
