I just played the demo. is very cool but... neh.

I purchased this game a week ago but I couldn't play the full game that I bought after the demo because it's in French. Has this been fixed? If it isn't going to be fixed, how can I be reimbursed for my purchase please.

Only the installer is in French, the game remains in English/Portuguese.
We are looking into fixing the isntaller though.

We will have three other episodes, the next one should come out in a couple of months.

Although I like this game, Del's "Ashes of Immortality" is still my favourite game by this developer. It has everything I am looking for in a game, and gameplay is just the way I like it. I also love the story, and the fact that the enemies are visible. And I like the added "find 32 magic cards" feature.
The one thing I didn't like about this game was that, in the battles, the enemy dodged far too often, and my characters missed quite often as well.

Could someone please help - I have reached the part to get the ingredients but the seller says to go to the Forest Trail but the mission log says Sorrow Lake- have been to both parts but cannot find the herbs - where do I find them

Go to Forest Trail and enter Trevor's House, the game will progress from there.

I just bought this game and the file downloaded fine, but when I open the file to extract & install the game, it's all in French. And it only shows about 1/3rd of the status bar filling up and then the whole installation screen disappears.
From what I saw on the forum, this French issue has been a problem since July 2017 - ah... it's April 2019 and it's still an issue.
Can someone help me? I'd like to play this game, but am stuck.
