Lol I guess that either depending on how old you are or what are your music listening habits, or both, you would or would not know what it's about. Back in the, what, 90's? there was this horrifying band called the vengaboys, who did the worst most obnoxious electronic dance music, but it's one of those things that are so horrible they're actually funny. they had a song that might have been called either we like to party or the venga-bus and the thing started quite literally with somebody yelling "we! like! to! party!" and it was really, really...ubiquitous haha. I thought it was hilarious to find that particular reference right there

Neither am I actually, although I'm not sure if it's because of the continent I'm in haha. It was just that huge everywhere I guess.
