Number 10 is in Lorelei, you must enter the Mermaid Shrine, with the Air Sandals.

Jump up on the bags in the first room and then from the highest pedastal look up.

I think you need the Air Sandals equipped.

I'm in Secret Room 30. There is stuff on top of what appears to be grass, except that I can't walk/jump onto it to retrieve said stuff. Help?
