no 23 is in the witch swamp,after Brunhilde's house go right and from teleporter left and up..you should see a pair of shoes and jump..

I don't have a screen shot but 8 is in the Ancient Temple in the Big Room where the entrance to get to Norman's lab is.

In the very middle of the room step on the circlle in the area to the east of the blue pyramid.

No Screen Shot but 16 is in the area right before you get to the Orc Fortress. There is a hole to jump down into. I don't know if you can go back after you blow up the fortress though because I tried to leave before entering the fortress and you can't jump out. You have to go through the fortress to get out.
