Finished the game but still missing 14 quests..My guesses are:
1.Lost library which is sure
2.Gate in Orc Fort
3.Relic maker besides the key quest
4.A way to enter Dragon cult temple
5.Girl in Lorelei -the one that sells items
6.Gate in Mazarine's coven
7.All Bokden sightings ( i found 3)
8.Mermaid Gate in Lorelei
9.Sacrifice to Dragon???
10.???
11.???
12.???
13.???
14.???
am i close to any of these?

You're not close on any of those. All 14 quests you're missing are in the lost library.
