and 13 books and I still didn't see any treasure in the chest in the middle of the room.

I just have a nagging feeling that something is missing and I can't put my finger on it. ""YET""!!!

Download the new version.
You'll get the Ops Vir (accessory) from the chest.

I did download the new version. Do I have to replay the game to get it? Or go back to a prior save file???

I always overwrite on my game and my savefiles work perfectly after that.

Where do I get the "Cam Shot" for solving Dawn's Light?

It should be a piece of equipment that works on Gravitron. I think you got it in the Ancient Temple in one of the chests.
