Actually i wanted to ask about him..is the same guy with the one that visits the magic guild often?

Lord Dragon seems to have a decent conscience, like in MM1 he says he doesn't want to burden the peasants any more. The other 12 lords though don't know if they are any good ^^

@ Indy: when you talk to the mage with the blue hood in the guild of magic he says that one of the great spellcasters of Myst regurarly visits the guild..is he talking about the sage? or a completely different person?
my guess is that he talks about the Sage and in next episode the party has to visit magic guild in order to talk to him and persuade him to enlist..maybe he needs a proof of their bravery so he sents them out on a quest?....

So far Lord Dragon seems to be more the good guy, at least he's fair. But the question is what will happen in MM4 and MM5, because as we all know - with Indi one can never be sure.
