Or maybe another guess... Merryll had left a letter somewhere to Marine find and meet him there, Marine goes thinking that is someone who wants to help her and.... trap!!!!!!!

we're talking about the joint project though (as mentionned in the newsletter)

but mm4 will be also quite different to the other MMs anyway
