I am in the great rift, and down where the flower is. However I cant pick it up. What am I doing wrong?

Another thing in the Ancient Temple there are lots of toys on the floor and the sign (magnifying glass) of an object, but I cant get that either Merline keeps saying "Oh lots of toys!" but I still cant pick it up

Have you got the quest about it registered in your questbook?

I guess that is just that, it's not supposed to be taken.

Yes the quest is registered in my quest book. I asume the flower is the purple thingy to the right when you drop into the cave

I think you are misleading the quest with the one from Rosmela asking new flowers, right?
The purple flower is in fact wanted by Asalester.

Hey. I no longer have the Bear in my party. I have not gone to the Green Grass yet. I still have the "Soil of War" to beat.

Playing from scratch with no import is proving to be more challenging than I thought. I love it. +::YAY
