I know this won't be a very popular post, but I just finished Beyond Sunset and, I have to say, after all the pre-launch hype, I'm very disappointed.

1. Can't use any imported weapons. What's the use in importing if you can't use them?
2. Seems you were kinda "pushed" thru to the end. Couldn't go back and explore lots of places once you left, and couldn't leave some places once you were in.
3. The graphics were good. I guess after playing the first 3 games in this series, I was just let down by this one. I don't think I'm going to be trying out the 5th release if this one is any indication of what's it's going to be like.

Sorry, guys. I know you worked hard on it, but I just wasn't impressed.

I see your point but about number 1, you can import the items AND the promotions, about not using weapons that is very well explained in the plot right?

But now seriously, MM4 is definitively different from previous three games. I personally prefer the more thrilling gameplay but I can understand that not everyone welcomes the changes.
Btw, Indi mentioned that he was considering some changes to MM4 in future version, so maybe you could still give MM4 another try if this happens.

MM5 will be very different to MM4 in fact.

What's the use in importing if you can't use them?

Ooooh so it's safe to sell weapons? I'm not going to need them again at some point? After several snore pea and philosophical pages-type debacles I now have a mortal fear of selling items

You know what, I'm going for broke. I'm going to just sell everything and buy upgrades in that temple or church or whatever that place is.

That's a very tricky formulation - how do we know that there won't be any other fighting after the showdown?

Well, I think that after the showdown the game will end.

Well, it's true that let the players sell all of their weapons and then say after releasing MM5 "Got you, you shouldn't have sold them" might be too tricky even for Indi.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEH!??????? but that's weird... of all the indie games this is now my fave

because I tried ALL indie games and the battlefield was so hard >.>and even worse, I'm scared to get stuck by the way, the funny thing is, Im playing in story mode... so yeah... xD

well some people did love MM4, notably its storyline and intensity

i admit it's kind of disappointing to not be able to use all the weapons, but hey, it's not so bad.. I think the hand to hand level up thing is kind of interesting
