Will Millennium 5 has time sensitive quests?

Will Millennium 5 has time sensitive quests?

I don't know yet, I usually add the sidequests at the end and unlike the main story I don't know/have them before I actually make the game.

Yeah, those "official" reviewers can get really snooty sometimes.
I usually don't put much faith in official reviews, though. I'm more interested in the players' reviews.
