Quest: Ghost/Mushroom

Have run through game a few times (w/o guide) & these 2 quests seem to slip by me. I would appreciate some constructive hints as to where I should be findin the solutions. With much appreciation FROST

Checking the guide and... according to it:
For the ghost quest:
Talk to Zefir with Priestess Nena (from quest to escort her from that abandoned church) in the Elder Shrine of Myst
For the mushroom quest:
After completing Selena quest (girl who is poisoned in Firth of Fourth), she'll offer you 3 rewards. You have to choose the Great Floricide, talk to the guy about the mushrooms with the Great Floricide and quest complete.

Hi, Zefir would be with Priestess Nena at the abandoned church at some point in the game? cos he isn't for now.
