Thanks for the detailed feedback.
I can say you enjoyed the same exact things that I did when I was making them, and got the messages I wanted to pass.
In MM2 the ending with Jezabel and the gripphin is also very moving IMO.

Jezabel was afraid people wouldn't accept her of who she really is.But,Marine did.
We've all been in situations like this.Pretending to be someone else.
But when you're surrounded by honest friends who love you for who you really are,you change for the better. :)

When you asked what i liked about the games,i didn't believe i could express that much.Thank you for asking the right questions. :)

You're welcome. I think Millennium is a strong human adventure that explores all the facets of the human mind and heart.

That said, I'm surprised MM4 isn't among your favorite. I just replayed it in order to have a fresh memory of the events (helpful to make MM5) and the word that defines it best, IMO, is INTENSE.
The parts with Bokden and the Bear are emotion-packed.

THIS.

Which it's a pity, cause some people rates as third and fourth.

Well that's probably because all the episodes are good. +::biggrin
MM4 is more story-driven and "fast-paced" overall. Guess it can be a plus or a minus depending on what you like best.

Ah, but for me as much as the Gripphin scene and the Dragon scene in MM2 and 3 were awesome. Nothing surpasses the feeling of time running out and the madness that Marine does to convice the Bear to join and to get in the Adminstration House in time. :)

Plot-wise I fully agree. But gameplay-wise not necessarily. :)

I don't like fast paced RPGs.It's not meant to be that way,for me.

Also, what i didn't like about MM4 is that Marine's personality evolution suddenly stopped.
She became erratic, like she didn't have any sense of what she was doing.
I know you'll Marine had to make hard decisions and time was against her,but still...

She was deprived of sleep, too.
That said, what did she do that was erratic?

Her decision to search for Bear when time is against them,to cross the Grand Rift in a few hours, later to convince Bear to join her noble cause, burning Bear's house (actually a bit erratic, kinda cool) but her life was clearly threatened, running like hell to submit the list..
Waiting for Bokden to show up was her trust in people which we already discussed.
I understand that was for the plot, but i can't sake the feeling that it was a bit rushed.

A lot of these decisions were actually pretty thoughtful. Burning the Bear's house could have been a bit dangerous, but looking for him was a good idea given his background.

I don't want to sound cranky but looking for a man, really strong and good fighter, but now a loner and possibly really dangerous, isn't exactly thoughtful.
But,i don't want to sound like a b@@@h,so i'll stop here. :)
Hope i didn't offend you in any way. :)

Nope, you didn't! Marine's decisions are certainly not mine anyway. +::biggrin
She has this crazy side about her that may or may not lead her to success.

That said, if going after the Bear isn't/wasn't thoughtful, what about going after Jezabel's gripphin? Marine had to cling to what little there was around. Bokden also recommended the Bear. Given how many meaningful words come out of his mouth on a yearly basis, it was sth to consider. :)

I think what is important in every game is storytelling. The structure of the story, the progression of action, the evolution and maturity of characters..
What i liked about the Millennium games was all of this. It's just MM4 wasn't that strong as i wanted it to be.
I know it sounds like i didn't like the game at all, which is not true.
I liked it,just not as much as the others.

P.S.:It's sounds i'm unwritting (undoing) my previous entry.I'm not!! :)
