I want Marine and Lord Dragon to have a good dialogue, so that each can understand the other's way of thinking a bit better.
It would be nice to have a "Skip Dialogue" button available for replays.
I want to meet Gavin. Is it possible that Marine or someone in her group could run against Dragon in a normal election if they lose the showdown?
I'd like more character development, particularly for the Mystrock warriors. Borgon and Merryl are fairly well established, but Dragon and the other twelve fighters are barely more than caricatures. Oh, and I want to see artwork for Dragon, not just his face.
I want to discover the use, if any, of the various items and skills acquired throughout the MM saga; those which haven't already been discovered, that is. For example, what is the wood plank used for? What about Piu-Piu's eponymous skill? The Sailor Glove? Marine's training umbrella?
I'd like to find out why the various towns can't recover and prosper on their own, without relying on Mystrock for anything except possibly defense (Lorelei asking for help against the orcs, for instance).
I want to see how the different warriors fight. How is Benoit's fighting style different from Hirado's? How is Bear's different from Jezebel's? Is Old Suzuki's style anything like Abu's? How about showing a few sample battles between Marine's group and the Mystrock group?
Borgon should be publicly fired. Maybe if Marine loses, Dragon could have her be his new chief advisor.
Will the Dragon of Malice play any part in Mystrock's future? It would be fun to see him take on Lord Dragon or Merryl.
To sum up, I guess I'd just like the saga to be complete. Tie up loose ends, solve remaining mysteries, allow the players to finish their quests, and develop whatever relationships you have in mind. That would be good.

The story is already written btw. No changes will happen there.
There is a canon ending, but... I suppose you guys would prefer to have also the possibility to finish the game differently from the "real" one. +::O_o
