take fox into house surrounded by wooden poles, go down the hole, down again, find hole in the underground, fox will catch the big rat, return to old lady for a quest complete

Talk to a little girl near the Zenna Hotel. She will tell you about a shape shifting cat in the hotel. Look in the hotel to play hide and seek with the cat

Fish is in Hotel of Ascension. It is a wall-hanging. Go to 5th floor and around to east exit to the 4th floor.

i did something stupid : i left Dela Vermelha before completing all the quests of the area, thinging that i'll be able to return later..tell me that i can please!

Because of pressure at work I've only got a short playing time each day, so I'm running behind everyone else, and I can't answer your question. But... it wouldn't surprise me if at least some of the quests were time limited.

i found half the solution to the dogs in zenna quest

having the fox in the active party makes him say something like "if someone else can lure them closer, i could catch them" i dont know where to go from there though... maybe a cat.
