Cassiopeia - thanks for the clarification. The reason I was unsure is that I spoke to the man before going to Zenna, therefore with Jasmine, and the quest didn't trigger, but it did when I spoke to him again with Melusine. Perhaps you need to click him twice to get it? Anyway, I'll take the comment out of the list.

the one I spoke to was the one on its own on the right by the entrance from the north. I don't think he was levelled up much, if at all, from what he was when I got him.
