Has anyone beaten him? he is too fast and my party keeps dying..he has Battle dance lvl3 which kills everyone ein a turn +::fear

Yes I did, first go, with people with high resistance and good PDEF. Don't remember the exact team unfortunately, though I do remember that 2 died.

what lvl was your party? did you paralyze or numb him?

yeah, dont underestimate status effects, i havent fought him yet, but from what ive seen from other human opponents, jordans 22mp spell (that inflicts a lot of effects) works well, as well as cat-astrophe (from hide and seek quest) itll probably take luck, but as long as one person with a spell like that survives, you have a chance of freezing him in place, so you can revive a few characters, and put a lot more effects on him while slowly chipping away his health

as far as defence goes... are you using jordan? i know hes a bit weaker when he is sick, but he still has a good defence, (especially with the right equipment)

here is my strategy:i have Jordan-Luis-Ana-Nagam the members ith naturally good defense and high Hp..i get their pd and res high with gear-then simply hit, while Luis is using pink petal rain in every turn..that did it..the butcher is low in hp anyway +::whistle

LOL just give one of your parties the Mortel (gun) plus the Slaughterer's Gauntlet so they hit twice, then have Yu in your party to boost everyone's resistance (give him an item that gives him 1st strike so he can boost everyone up before the Assassin strikes) and the Assassin will be dead meat in a couple of rounds!! +::Thumbup

a good strategy - i had Yu with a 1st strike item too for tough fights lol
he is good at protecting

I also did it with the Mortel and Slaughterer Gauntlet - I think Zara had it, plus the Dust of Salhar M..... whatever to increase her HP. The assassin only hit once when ambushing me, then he went down as soon as Zara fired.

I did it

Got both of then +::whistle

Ol'Slainthe Castle was hard, but I love it, best place to level up and making money. +::biggrin

Got the water, cure the chickens Jordan still sick +::O_o

Now going to Lost continent and before the last Demon I am going after the assasin, I hope that's the order to do, if is not please let me know.
